Bedrooms are the primary place of relaxation, where we all retire to take a good sleep and refresh, away from the world and worries. The bedroom interior design is extremely important in order to provide that instant feel of relaxation and here are a few tips: the first thing that meets the eyes are the colors used on the walls, carpets and bed set so, they all must be soothing in pastel colors in order to provide a relaxing effect.

Keep the bedroom interior design minimal, neat and always clean but also don’t forget to add some change and color with every season in order to keep it exciting and adventurous. Changing your bedroom interior design should only be done to suit an occasion or festivity as constant major changes will actually induce restlessness instead of relaxation until you get used to the sight and sounds and once again be able to relax and enjoy your bedroom interior design.

Japanese House Design with Garden Room Inside

The main feature of a small house in Nagoya designed by Suppose Design Office is a garden room in the middle of the house. It doesn’t look like usual garden rooms with a lot of plants and big windows – it’s positioned in the middle of the house and continues its minimalist design. The room isn’t treated differently from other rooms. It has paintings, like other rooms, while they has flower beds and rocks like it has. Everything other inside the house is designed in clean minimalist style to highlight interior decorations which make it truly unique. Having such hard conditions like very small site and very close neighbors locations, architects managed to make the house a great place for contemporary living without losing any features of good house including the garden. Beautiful Pool House in Connecticut by Hariri & Hariri Architecture

This 1200 square feet structure was designed as a minimalist sculpture in the landscape. It is part of a 3.5 acre property in Connecticut. The architecture of this pool house is in contrast to the traditional architecture of the existing house yet the design sets up a dialogue between the two. The architecture of the pool house hovers over a 48′x20′ pool like a vessel in the water. On the North there is a spa and an outdoor/ indoor shower, and on the south there is a roofed veranda acting as an indoor/ outdoor dinning area with a large opening on the wall framing the landscape beyond. The area around the pool becomes a sunken courtyard paved in travertine with steps and walls of stone. The interior of this pool house contains a living/ entertainment room, kitchen and bar area, simple bathroom and variety of terraces and decks. It is enclosed by series of metal and glass sliding panels that would allow the structure to be transparent and open up towards outside

.A wall of green mosaic tiles cover the wet areas ( both inside and out side showers) and becomes part of the main composition of the facade bringing color and tactility to the place. The main frame and the ceiling of the structure are in Ipd Wood ( brazilian walnut ) and make the place warm, nautical and sculptural at the same time. The wood floors stretch out from the interior hovering over the pool and becoming a deck for reflecting and simply sitting around and putting your toes in the water. This structure is located in Wilton, CT and is was completed in 2007 by Hariri & Hariri Architecture.
